• When creating a room: turn on publishing rights as you add collaborators

When publishing rights are enabled, all internal collaborators on that room can publish. Simple. Clear. Built for teams that move fast.

A quick note on notifications

We only send emails when you add a new collaborator:

• If publishing rights are on, they’ll receive a new email that reflects those rights
  
  
• If publishing rights are off, they’ll receive the standard collaborator email

With the new Icon Layout Element, you can quickly add clean, visual sections to your Deal Rooms. Choose between 1–4 columns, add icons, and present your message in a way that’s easy to scan and understand.

You can now set Milestones as Not started, In progress, or Completed, no matter how many tasks are finished. That means you can mark a milestone as achieved even if a few final tasks are still underway.

You can also add deadlines to Milestones, whether they’re in the future or already completed. This helps teams reflect real deal timelines and keep their action plans accurate over time.

We’ve redesigned the contract creation flow in GetAccept to make it clearer and easier to get right from the start.

Creating personalized deal content with AI is now simpler and more reliable.

Instead of writing your own prompts while juggling follow-ups and end-of-quarter pressure, you can now build and update sales content in – literally – one click.

Section Prompts let content managers attach specific AI instructions to individual sections inside Deal Room resources, templates, or rooms. You can even choose which data sources AI should use (including meeting transcripts, buyer data, existing content, and more). Every output stays on-brand, accurate, and aligned to your organization’s best practices.

Section Prompts keep content consistent and up-to-date, so you reps stay focused on selling — not writing prompts.

You can now crop, reposition, and preview edits in real time, all within the GetAccept editor. No more switching between tools. Make precise adjustments instantly and keep your visuals consistent across deals and templates.

Building contracts with conditional logic can get messy fast. Templates grow long, and it becomes hard to keep track of what will appear for the buyer. So we’ve refreshed the editing experience to give you instant clarity on what your buyers will actually see.

Here’s what’s new:

• See what’s visible at a glance: Content that won’t appear in the sent contract now collapses and fades out automatically. No more scrolling through long templates or relying on preview just to double-check your work.

• Edit confidently, even with complex logic: You can still open and edit collapsed blocks whenever you need. It’s the same power and flexibility as before, but with a much clearer view of what’s going on.

• Access the logic builder from anywhere: A new floating button keeps the conditional logic builder just one click away, so you can focus on your work instead of scrolling.

You get a cleaner, more predictable editing experience — so you can spend less time figuring out how your contract will behave and more time actually selling.

When contracts include multiple signature fields, signers sometimes miss required steps, which can prevent the document from being fully signed and completed.

We’ve improved the signing flow to guide signers more clearly through the process:

• The final signature field stays disabled until all required fields are completed
  
  
• Signers receive clear feedback if something is missing
  
  
• Once the last required field is signed, the final signing step opens automatically, making it clear how to finish signing and seal the document
  
  

This update helps ensure all required signatures are completed, reducing failed or blocked signing attempts and making it easier to get contracts fully signed the first time.

You can now use image placeholders in GetAccept templates and have them filled automatically when generating a document through the Microsoft Dynamics integration.

This means you can create proposals, quotes, or contracts in Dynamics that include the correct visuals—without opening the GetAccept editor.

A while ago, we introduced Conditional Logic for Template Selection in Salesforce — helping sales teams automatically surface the right document templates based on deal context. Now, we’re excited to bring that same powerful automation to HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive and Upsales.

• Yes/No fields – for simple choices like “Auto-renewal = Yes/No”

This lets you unlock more powerful conditional content based on CRM properties by matching each field to the right data type.

By aligning with how data is structured in your CRM, contracts now adapt more naturally to your business logic – whether it’s tailoring clauses based on license counts, or toggling renewal terms based on a yes/no field. • Clickable hyperlinks: Links are now fully clickable, making it easier for buyers and sellers to share and access resources.

• @ mentions: Tag specific stakeholders to grab their attention. Mentioned participants receive an immediate 1:1 email notification, so important messages never get lost.

• Bold, italicize, underline, and strikethrough text to draw attention to key details in your chat messages

These updates create a more modern, intuitive experience for both sellers and buyers, helping keep deals moving forward with less friction.

Mutual Action Plans in Deal Rooms keep your deals on track by aligning stakeholders, clarifying responsibilities, and showcasing progress at every step. They’re your built-in project manager for complex or long sales cycles.

Now, we’ve made them even better with a new “In Progress” task state. Highlighted in blue and included in summary emails, this update makes it easier to show when work is actively underway, giving everyone more visibility, confidence, and momentum.

When sending out contracts, there are plenty of things to think about: getting the details right, ensuring the right people sign in the right order, and keeping the process smooth for everyone involved. The last thing you want is confusion about your own signature.

We’ve made it easier to understand if, how, and when the sender signs a document.

As a document sender, you now get a clear dropdown with three options:

• Sign on send: Your signature is added automatically when sending.

• Sign as recipient: You sign according to the defined signing order, just like any other recipient.

• Do not sign: You don’t sign at all, leaving the signature process to recipients.

This update takes the guesswork out of self-signing contracts, and gives senders full clarity and control over their role in the signing process, whether you’re closing a customer contract or managing an internal agreement.

You can now automate key Deal Room actions directly from HubSpot Workflows using GetAccept Custom Actions. Based on any trigger you define in HubSpot, you can now automatically:

• Create draft Deal Rooms linked to your HubSpot Deal

• Publish Deal Rooms without leaving HubSpot

• Add participants to a Deal Room

• Retrieve Deal Room details in real time

These new actions build on our previous HubSpot release for Contracts, which already allowed you to create draft contracts, fetch contract details, and send contracts automatically.

Everything happens inside your CRM, reducing manual steps, minimizing errors, and speeding up the lead-to-cash process.

New data privacy options

Under Settings → Data protection & GDPR → Certificate settings, you’ll now find three toggles that let you tailor your certificates for more privacy-conscious use cases:

• Mask IP address: Choose to hide the signer’s IP address.

• Mask email address: Hide email addresses for increased confidentiality.

• Remove audit log: Optionally remove the detailed audit log from certificates.

These settings are especially valuable if you share signed documents publicly – like housing associations who publish annual reports and want to avoid exposing personal information.

BankID branding

If a document is signed using Swedish BankID, the certificate will now clearly display the BankID logo, helping recipients understand and trust the verification method used.

With Linked Resources, you can now directly link content resources from the Content Library to your templates. This means any updates to the content in the library will automatically reflect across all linked templates, ensuring:

Organizing and finding content for your deal rooms has never been easier. With our latest update, you can now efficiently categorize and tag content based on your own criteria. This allows you to set up content logically and locate what you need in just a few clicks.

Data syncing between GetAccept and HubSpot just got better. Now, all recipient-filled information—like billing addresses, VAT numbers, and additional requests—is automatically synced to the corresponding fields in HubSpot as soon as a contract is signed.

With an intuitive setup, admins can quickly create custom data sync profiles and map data fields using simple dropdown menus. You can also set up different profiles to store data under various objects, like Contacts, Companies, or Deals.

These improvements ensure your CRM stays accurate and up-to-date, eliminating manual data entry, and transforming your quote-to-cash process into a seamless, reliable experience.

Notifications help you stay on top of your deals—until they flood your inbox, become overwhelming, and result in a negative experience for both buyers and sellers.

This time, we’ve improved our notification system to include the new Activity Summary Email, which consolidates key updates from your digital sales rooms into one single, concise email.

Along with the in-app activity center, you’ll now receive one summary email sent 20 minutes after the latest activity, tailored to your role—whether you’re a room owner, collaborator, or participant.

This update helps sellers stay informed about buyer activities without email overload, reduces noise for buyers, and enables internal decision-makers to focus on what matters most.

With this update, you can mark Mutual Action Plan tasks as “Completed” or “Not completed” directly within HubSpot, making it easier to track and manage your deals.

You are now able to update and correct an email or phone number, even after the document has been sent; if for example an email bounced or was accidentally misspelled. This means you no longer need to create a new version of the document and re-send to everyone on the recipient list.

• All files in your HubSpot will be displayed in your sendout process, allowing you to add them with one click.
• You can add files at any point in your sales process from HubSpot.
• Download files from GetAccept deal room via HubSpot.
• View how many times a previously added file has been downloaded.

Discussing which products to buy and negotiating pricing often takes time. To speed up the process and shorten the deal cycle, it’s crucial to start the pricing conversation early.

With this new feature, sales reps can seamlessly guide prospects from a qualified lead to the proposal stage, reducing the time needed to get contracts signed. Here’s how it works:

Salesforce users can now push products stored in Salesforce directly into a GetAccept deal room—whether when first creating the deal room or updating the pricing section after it’s live.

Reps can easily refine the product list and update changes as negotiations progress. When the timing is right, they can quickly send out a contract with the exact product details the buyer has already agreed upon, speeding up the signing process.

A Mutual Action Plan is a valuable tool for sales. It helps sales teams align stakeholders and collaborate with them to move deals to a signed contract more efficiently.

With this update, Pipedrive users can now check and follow up on mutual action plans directly within Dynamics. They will find:

• Detailed milestones, tasks, statuses, task owners, and related deadlines
• Action Plan progress
• Upcoming tasks

Previously, you could only view detailed buyer activities inside each room, requiring constant back-and-forth between the main room list view and individual rooms. This hindered productivity and made it difficult to gain an overview of deal performance.

The following three feature improvements solve this issue, empowering you to sell more effectively:

• Easily view the latest buyer activity: Under "Participant activity," clearly see who is active in the shared room and what they did. This transparency allows you to engage with buyers at the right time and tailor your approach based on their actions.
• Always focus on the most promising deals: Sort your deals based on the most recent buyer activity by clicking on “Participant Activity”. You can also identify which deals have no activity to either send a reminder to give an extra push or deprioritize them. 
• Track detailed buyer activity for each room from the room list: Click on the timeline icon and view all the past buyer activities without entering individual rooms. This feature makes your room list view more informative and largely saves the time of going back and forth.

We have a few exciting new features for the pricing tables:

• Pricing table summary
  If you have many pricing tables in your quote or contract, previously it could take some effort to get them all summarized. With this release, you now have access to a field called "Pricing Table Summary" in the editor, which will automatically summarize all pricing tables in your quote or contract.
  
  
• Adding multiple custom columns
  During spring we released the capability to add one custom column. Now you are able to add up to six custom columns, to divide your offering in a more detailed and granular way. Adding them is easier through a visible plus sign, which you click to add your column. The pricing columns can be integrated with CRMs like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, for a dynamic quoting experience connected with your one true data source. Learn more here.

  It's now easier to change the size of each column, by intuitively dragging and dropping.

Now we are happy to introduce improvements that will make it easier to update or add recipient information. All to make the send-out process faster, smoother and more flexible. 

• Update recipient details:
  Now you can easily update recipient details after the document has been sent. This enables you to correct recipient errors with the speed of lightning, without interrupting the signing process.
• Add or update verification method on a recipient:
  When you edit, add or transfer a recipient, you now have the option to add a verification method, like electronic identification, for your recipient. Previously, this option was only available when adding a recipient for the first time, but now you can add and update verification details even after the document has been sent. 

Salesforce users can now add and share files directly from Salesforce to GetAccept rooms – both during the sendout process and after a room is made public. Here are some highlights:
