- Why GetAccept?
Improve the speed of your selling cycle and reduce buyer friction during the proposal stage of your process. Easily configure, generate and send quotes with GetAccept’s CPQ tool from within your CRM. Less admin for your team, more quality control and process management for you.
Make sure your reps sell only what you want them to sell and don't make costly mistakes – mistakes like selling the wrong products, adding the wrong currency, or miscalculating.
You can set up everything quickly, so your team can generate quotes with the speed of light. You configure the product catalog the first time – they can just pick and choose the products to create quotes.
Since you’re the one who manages and configures the product details, you can make sure that your team sells what you want them to sell.
Did you know that sales reps spend nearly 70% of their time on admin? How much time does your team have left to connect with customers?
GetAccept’s CPQ makes your team’s life easier by enabling them to put a price quote together in a matter of seconds by simply adding products from the library that you’ve configured. All calculations happen automatically, so they can generate error-free quotes.
Go to the Product Library. Enter all your products
and their details like name, price, currency, and description.
You need to do this just once during the setup.
Your sales reps will create the quote by using a pricing
table in their quote. The table will fetch data from the
Product Library, where you’ve added the products.
Your sales reps will choose the products to include in the
quote and can edit the unit, discount, and tax details for each.
They will send the quote to their customer and begin to
track its engagement. Done!
