Building on success

Today, ScaleWise’s main use of GetAccept is for proposals and contracts. Deal Rooms are used to share discovery summaries, decks and case studies early in the conversation, giving prospects one branded hub before a proposal is even created.
Once terms are agreed, the operations team manages order forms and signatures in Contract Rooms, keeping everything in one flow. This means the client experience feels seamless from first touch through to close.
Looking ahead, Gavin and the team are redesigning their sales playbook to bring GetAccept into customer success check-ins and project management conversations. While most of their current usage is in new business, they see clear potential for using the platform across the full customer journey.
