If you’re using HubSpot to manage your deals, you probably already count on it as your sales HQ. It’s where you track pipelines, log notes, and build reports. But even with all that power, there’s one big piece that’s often missing:
👀 What your buyer is actually doing.
Sure, you can see when a stage changes or when a contact is added, but can you see if your shared content has been viewed? If your proposal was opened? Or if your champion just stopped engaging?
Now you can.
Real-time buyer activity from your GetAccept Deal Rooms and Contracts now flows directly into your CRM. That means every view, comment, chat message, and signature gets saved – not just in GetAccept, but inside HubSpot, where your team already works.
Why visibility matters more than ever
Modern selling moves fast. Buyers read documents after hours, make decisions in Slack threads, and rarely tell you what they’re thinking.
That’s why visibility into buyer behavior is so important. It’s what helps you spot red flags, catch momentum shifts, and understand what’s really going on – even when no one’s replying to your email.
Without that data, your CRM can feel like it’s stuck in the past. Reports are built on assumptions, lead scores are guesses, and automations often miss the mark.
Complete the picture with GetAccept
With this update, HubSpot becomes a live dashboard of buyer engagement. Every interaction – from document opens to contract comments – is tracked in a custom object, giving you fresh insights right where you need them.
What does that unlock?
-
HubSpot reports enriched with real buyer intent data from GetAccept
-
Lead scoring that reflects actual activity
-
Automations based on engagement, like follow-ups after document inactivity
-
Smarter support from HubSpot’s Breeze AI, with real signals to act on
Breeze AI just got a brain boost
HubSpot’s Breeze AI Copilot is already a powerful tool. But like any AI, it’s only as good as the data it has access to. With GetAccept in the mix, it’s now pulling in real buyer behavior – not just static fields.
That means your Copilot can understand prompts that combine HubSpot and GetAccept data, such as:
-
“Which GetAccept Contracts or Deal Rooms had activity this week and are set to close this month?”
-
“Show me deals closing this month where there’s been no recent buyer engagement in a GetAccept Contract or Deal room.”
-
“Who’s the most active decision-maker in this account?”
More context = better insights. And better insights mean fewer missed signals, smarter follow-ups, and more confident decisions.

A quick note on setup
The custom object sync is optional and currently available to Enterprise customers using both GetAccept and HubSpot’s Enterprise plan. You’ll find the toggle in your GetAccept integration settings.
If you’re an existing customer, just reconnect your HubSpot app and toggle on the “Enable GetAccept sync with new custom objects in HubSpot” setting.
If you’re new, the toggle is off by default for now, but you’ll see it during onboarding.
From CRM to command center
With this update, GetAccept makes HubSpot more than just a place to track deals. It becomes your single source of truth for everything that matters, including what your buyers are doing right now.
Because in modern sales, that’s the difference between a stalled deal and a signed one.
