HubSpot’s Breeze AI is gaining speed. And now, it just got a whole lot smarter.
Artificial intelligence is quickly becoming a core part of the sales tech stack. HubSpot’s Breeze AI Copilot is leading the charge with predictive summaries, and fast answers based on CRM data. But to work well, even the best AI needs one thing: complete, accurate, real-time data.
That’s exactly what GetAccept brings to the table. Breeze AI can now tap into rich, real-time engagement data from GetAccept's Digital Sales Room. From when a Deal Room is first visited all the way through a signed contract, GetAccept captures every buyer signal from lead to cash and syncs it directly into HubSpot.
So what does this mean for you? Smarter automation, better guidance from AI, and more confident decision-making – across every stage of the deal cycle.
Why AI needs real buyer data
CRM systems are great at tracking deal stages, contacts, and tasks. But they usually miss what matters most: what your buyers are actually doing.
That’s a big gap. Especially when 80% of B2B sales interactions happen in digital channels, according to Gartner. That’s where a Digital Sales Room (DSR) comes in. It captures real buyer engagement (room visits, comments, chats, etc.) and for the first time, makes that data visible, usable, and actionable across your sales process.
It’s the kind of insight sellers need to stay ahead: Are buyers reviewing the Digital Sales Room you’ve shared with them? Have they completed any actions in the Mutual Action Plan? Are they reading your proposal?
Until now, HubSpot’s AI couldn’t answer those questions. It was flying blind, relying only on static CRM fields. And that meant reps had to fill in the gaps on their own.
Now, with GetAccept feeding live data into HubSpot, Breeze AI can finally see the full picture.
GetAccept fills in the gaps – from lead to cash
GetAccept’s Digital Sales Room is built to cover the entire buyer journey, from the moment interest is sparked to the final signature. Now that all that engagement data flows directly into HubSpot custom objects, Breeze AI can understand prompts that combine HubSpot and GetAccept data, such as:
-
“Which GetAccept Contracts or Deal Rooms had activity this week and are set to close this month?”
-
“Show me deals closing this month where there’s been no recent buyer engagement in a GetAccept Contract or Deal room.”
-
“Who’s the most active decision-maker in this account?”
Whether it’s early-stage interest or last-mile contract reviews, this gives your team a whole new layer of insight. Instead of relying on static fields and gut instinct, you can act on live signals from the buying side.
A quick note on setup
This update is optional and currently available to Enterprise customers using both GetAccept and HubSpot’s Enterprise plan. You’ll find the toggle in your GetAccept integration settings.
If you’re an existing customer, just reconnect your HubSpot app and toggle on the “Enable GetAccept sync with new custom objects in HubSpot” setting.
If you’re new, the toggle is off by default for now, but you’ll see it during onboarding.
From CRM to command center
With this update, GetAccept makes HubSpot more than just a place to track deals. It becomes your single source of truth for everything that matters, including what your buyers are doing right now.
From the first discovery meeting to the signed contract, you’ll know exactly what your buyers are doing across the entire sales journey. And with Breeze AI in the loop, you’ll always know what’s happening, without having to chase colleagues for updates.
