Summarize meeting notes and create action points

The Meetings tab in your Deal Room is where you can share notes and recordings with your stakeholders. Upload your notes or transcript, and our AI tool will analyze them and provide you with a clear summary as well as agreed action points and next steps.

Transform your text content

When you create text content in a Deal Room or Contract, you can use our AI tool to improve, refine or transform it.

For example, you can:

• Translate it to another language
• Change the tone of voice (e.g. from casual to professional)
• Adjust the format, for example by turning paragraphs into bullet points.

You can do this with one of GetAccept’s pre-built actions, or by writing your own prompts.

Create prompt templates to use again and again

If you find yourself writing the same AI prompts, why not create prompt templates? This allows you to re-use prompts to transform content without having to write them out in full every time.

Go to your AI settings page to create prompts. You can create prompts for yourself or, if you’re an admin, you can create them for everyone in your organization.
