That’s why we’ve introduced an easily customisable Introduction section. This means that whenever someone joins your deal room, the first thing they see is amazing, branded and personalized - the perfect first step in any deal.
What is an Introduction section?
When you invite someone to your deal room, the Introduction section is the first thing they’ll see. You can customize this however you like in just a few minutes and create something truly special.
You could use the Introduction section to welcome your buyers into the room with imagery, and intro text telling them what to expect from the process. Perhaps you’ve got a marketing video you love to share. Or perhaps you’d like to add an animation or personalised video. Either way, you can easily create a memorable first impression without cluttering up the rest of your deal room.
Show off your brand
The Introduction section is a great way to reinforce your company brand. Your Introduction section will automatically use your company branding, meaning it’ll use the colors and logos you’ve already added in your Branding theme. But you can always customize this however you choose. That means your deal room feels yours - meaning a seamless brand experience for your customers.
Wow your buyers with customization
You can also use the Introduction section to truly personalize your deal room for individual customers. Add their logo, color scheme and a customized welcome message to show you’ve done your homework, making it clear that your deal room is a dedicated place you’ve created just for them.
Introduce your team
The Introduction section is also where you can introduce the people that your customers will be working with throughout the sales process. The sales team widget – the digital business cards of your team members – is automatically displayed in the Introduction section. Edit the contact info and meeting link under My Profile to ensure your customers know who you are and how to contact you.

With the release of the Introduction section, you no longer need to spend time creating an introduction page in the editor. You can easily set up engaging content with minimal effort, accelerating stakeholder engagement and conversation initiation. The hero section gives you a better result, with less effort.
