Organize and access content effortlessly
Managing content can quickly become overwhelming, which is why we introduced a natural hierarchy to help you organize content seamlessly and maintain a comprehensive overview.
With this release, we've added the ability to tag and categorize your content resources in an easier way to find and manage. Let's go through how you can get the most out of it!
Categorize for clarity
Content categories help you structure your resources logically. Here are some examples:
- Language
- Country
- Content types
- Prospect segment
- Process
- Partners
- Integrations
These categories can be searched individually or in combination. For instance, you might want to view all content types in French or prospect segment content for the German market. This structured approach makes it easier to locate content and discover what’s available.
Enhanced tagging for flexibility
Previously, searching for content required knowing the exact name of the resource. Although naming conventions helped with searchability, managing them became cumbersome over time.
With the introduction of content tags, you can now tag a resource under multiple categories, making it easier to find content based on different criteria.
Example Structure:
- Category: Language
- Tags: Swedish, French, Spanish, English
- Tags: Swedish, French, Spanish, English
- Category: Content types
- Tags: Case studies, About company, Security compliance
- Tags: Case studies, About company, Security compliance
- Category: Process
- Tags: Employment, New sales, Onboarding, Existing business
Now, you can filter by multiple tags, such as “Content type: Case studies” and “Language: English,” to see all relevant case studies in English.
Easier management and control for admins
Admins can now manage content resources without worrying about them being lost among the rest. There’s no longer a need to create complex, search-friendly names. Instead, resources can be organized to align with your workflow, boosting efficiency.
This update also improves your ability to see what content is available and what needs updating. For example, you can filter for content in Swedish to update only that content.
Quick access for sales reps
With new resources constantly added to the library, it can be hard to keep track of everything available when creating a room. Previously, finding resources relied on keyword searches, which sometimes meant missing valuable content.
With categories and tags, browsing for content has never been simpler. Just click “Browse content resources” and use the tag filter to find exactly what you need. Explore the available categories for inspiration—you may discover resources you hadn’t considered before. This not only saves time but also ensures you can quickly access the most relevant content.
