You are a team player that probably has a couple of years’ experience of successful sales in the IT/tech-area. You will work in a customer oriented environment and should be able to "think out of the box" and have a business-mindset. You have experience within customer service and probably a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or equivalent.
You have deep understanding and/or interest of our customer’s echo-systems such as CRM, marketing automation- and document platforms. You will help to develop and maintain our customer success strategy and processes – while still operating closely with customers on a day-to-day basis. Currently we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Growth to help us manage our existing inbound channels and spin up new ones.
You'll get to work across a ton of different channels, have direct influence on the product, and also help craft our culture as a company.
We're looking for someone with deep expertise in Adwords, Facebook ads and online marketing in general. You should also be somewhat familiar with A/B testing, Optimizely and Google Analytics. SEO or email marketing chops are a plus.
