How to Use GetAccept AI

Enhance document creation with AI-powered editing, summaries, tone adjustments, and translations.

Overview

GetAccept AI is an in-editor assistant designed to make document creation and editing faster and easier. Available in Open Beta, it helps you:

  • Streamline content creation

  • Improve clarity and professionalism

  • Adapt tone and language directly within the Editor

Cost and Availability

  • Free during Open Beta for eligible Professional and Enterprise users.

  • No setup required—the feature is automatically enabled.

  • Future monetization will be evaluated after the beta.

Note on technology:

  • GetAccept AI does not use OpenAI or third-party APIs.

  • It is powered by a tuned version of Claude Sonnet, hosted within GetAccept’s EU-based servers for maximum data privacy.

How to Use AI Prompts

Prompts are instructions that guide the AI to produce your desired output.

Examples:

  • Summarize a paragraph into bullet points

  • Create a social media post with emojis and hashtags

  • Rephrase text for a specific industry or audience

The more specific your prompt, the better the output.

Accessing the AI Feature

  1. Open any editable Editor block in your document.

  2. Look for the lilac AI Helper button in the top-left corner of the block.

  3. Highlight the text you want to transform, then choose an AI action.

Key Features

Fix Spelling and Grammar

  • Corrects typos and grammar errors in supported languages.

  • Click Accept to apply corrections.

Create Action Points

  • Converts long-form notes into concise, actionable items.

  • Click Accept to finalize the output.

Summarize Text or Meetings

  • Generates clear, concise summaries of long text.

  • Ideal for simplifying complex notes or reports.

Change Tone of Voice

  • Adjusts the text to match your target audience.

  • Example: Make academic text more conversational.

Translate Text

  • Translate into supported languages: English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, French, Spanish.

  • For other languages, use a custom prompt (e.g., Translate to Japanese).

Custom Prompts

  • Enter your own instructions to tailor results.

  • Example: “Rewrite this proposal in a more persuasive sales tone.”

Important:

  • AI functions apply only to selected text.

  • Always highlight the content you want the AI to work on.
