How to Set Up Branding in Your GetAccept Entity

Why Branding Matters

Branding helps you deliver a consistent and professional experience across Contracts and Deal Rooms. With customized logos, colors, fonts, and templates, you ensure every recipient touchpoint reflects your company identity.


Step 1: Access Branding Settings

  1. Click your profile image (top right).

  2. Go to Settings → Entity Settings → Branding.


Step 2: Upload Your Logo

  • Click Upload image to add your logo.

  • Use SVG or PNG format, max 100 KB.

  • Recommended width: 200–300 px for best quality.

Note: Logos with white text on a transparent background may not be visible on the signing page.


Step 3: Room Branding

  • Use the built-in theme or select Create New Theme to customize fonts, colors, and styles.

  • To edit an existing theme, click the three dots (…) → Edit theme.


Step 4: Set Up the Theme

Theme Color

  • Choose a theme color to apply across UI elements (e.g., buttons like Share).

  • Select white or black button text. The system checks accessibility automatically.

Background

  • Gradient: Choose a solid or gradient background with intensity slider.

  • Image: Upload a high-resolution image (recommended 3840x2160 px, max 7680x4320 px).

Fonts

  • Select H1, H2, and body text fonts.

  • Preview updates dynamically in Deal Room preview.

Colors

  • H1 Color

  • H2 Color

  • Text and Subheading Color

  • Divider Color

Contrast Checker

The preview includes a built-in contrast checker showing:

  • Contrast ratio

  • AA & AAA compliance for text sizes

  • Star rating for visual contrast


Step 5: Preview and Save Your Theme

  • Click Preview Theme (top right) to see changes in both Documents and Deal Rooms.

  • Click Save to apply.

Important: Branding updates apply instantly to all active Rooms and Documents.

  • Exception: Fully signed documents retain the branding that was active at the time of signing.


Step 6: Customize the Participant Lobby

The participant lobby is the first page stakeholders see when entering a Deal Room or Contract.

You can:

  • Choose a single or two-column layout.

  • Set a background color.

  • Add a background image.

These settings apply globally across all lobbies.


Step 7: Customize Email Templates

  • Go to Email Templates.

  • Adjust headers and element colors to match your branding.

  • Click Manage Templates to edit or create new designs.
