What is Smart Content?
Smart Content lets you use AI to generate personalized content in seconds. Instead of writing everything from scratch, you can use natural language prompts and existing deal data (such as meeting transcripts, buyer details, and seller information) to create tailored content for your Deal Rooms and Contracts.
With Smart Content, you can:

Save time by letting AI draft sections like introductions, summaries, or business cases.

Use meeting transcripts and deal data to make content more relevant.

Personalize content instantly with pre-built Smart Content section templates.
Where can I use Smart Content?
You can use Smart Content in:

Deal Rooms – where it has the most impact, since it uses meetings, buyer, and seller data.

Contracts – where it works on existing text content.
Getting Started

Open a Deal Room or Contract where you want to add or edit content.

Click “Edit with AI” at the top left of any section to open the AI prompt dialogue.

Type your request – for example:

“Summarize this into bullet points”

“Create a business case from this meeting transcript”

“Change the tone to be more formal”

Review the AI-generated output and make manual edits if needed.

Click “Accept all changes and save” when you’re happy with the result.
