Updated: June 2025
Overview
AI Prompt Templates in GetAccept allow users to create and reuse structured prompts for the GetAccept AI Helper. Templates help standardize outputs like summaries, action items, tone adjustments, and more—saving time and improving consistency.
-
Admins can create templates visible across the entire organization.
-
Individual users can create private templates for personal use.
What Are AI Prompts?
Prompts are instructions that tell the AI Helper what kind of output to generate.
Examples:
-
Summarize a paragraph into bullet points
-
Create a social media post with emojis and hashtags
-
Rephrase text for a specific industry or audience
The more detailed your prompt, the better the output.
If you often repeat the same instructions, create Prompt Templates so you don’t have to rewrite them every time.
