Capturing Recipient Filled Data in HubSpot
GetAccept makes it easy to capture data entered by recipients into your documents and automatically sync it back into HubSpot. This ensures that the right information is always stored where you need it — directly in your CRM.
This feature supports two scenarios:

Text fields placed on a PDF template

Form fields inserted in an editor block
How It Works
When a recipient fills in data fields in a GetAccept document and the document is signed, that data can automatically update HubSpot properties through Event Sync profiles. This allows recipients to update their own HubSpot records under your supervision.
Setting Up Event Sync
1. Open the GetAccept HubSpot Integration

Go to a Deal, Contact, or Company record in HubSpot.

In the GetAccept CRM card, click Settings.

Navigate to the Event sync tab.

Click Add new event sync profile.
2. Configure the Profile

Set a name for the profile.

Activate the profile if it should be used immediately.

Select trigger conditions:

Document type: Contract
-
Event: Signed by all
-
Main object: Contact, Company, or Deal
Note: Recipient data sync is not supported for Deal Rooms.

If you send contracts from multiple HubSpot objects, create a separate profile for each.

3. Map Fields

Choose the HubSpot object you want to update (e.g., Deal).

Select the HubSpot property to update (e.g., VAT Number).

Set the Action to Pull data from GetAccept.
Selecting Update CRM property will overwrite the HubSpot property directly, without pulling data from GetAccept.

Enter the field label from your GetAccept template that corresponds to the property.

Click Add new sync field for each additional field you want to map.
4. Optional: Product Sync
Enable Product sync if you want optional or variable products updated in GetAccept to automatically sync with HubSpot line items.
5. Save and Test

Click Save to store the profile.

To test:

Send a GetAccept contract from HubSpot using the configured profile.

Return to the Event sync profile page.

Select the profile and click Test.

Enter the document ID of the sent contract (found in the document URL).

Validate that the mapped HubSpot fields have updated correctly.
Tip: You can also sign the contract yourself for quick validation.
