Analytics Overview for Deal Room

Track participant activity and engagement in your Deal Room

The Analytics Overview is your dashboard for understanding how participants engage with your Deal Room. Use it to:

  • Prepare for key meetings by spotting who’s active.

  • Reignite interest in stalled deals with targeted follow-ups.

  • Take smarter, faster actions based on clear engagement signals.


First Visits

See which invited participants have visited the room.

  • Details: Percentage of invited participants who have visited at least once (all time).

  • Interaction: Open a sidesheet showing each participant and their total visit count.


Viewed Content

Track how much of the shared content has been reviewed.

  • Details: Percentage of current content reviewed by participants (all time).

  • Interaction: Sidesheet with per-participant breakdown.


Latest Sessions

Stay on top of recent participant activity.

  • Details: List of recent room visits.

  • Interaction: Quick link to the full Timeline view.


Participant Engagement Score (PES)

See who’s most and least engaged, based on a scoring model.

  • Details: Proprietary scoring algorithm (scale 0–5) based on actions like:

    • Repeat visits

    • Content review time

    • Chat, comments, file interactions

    • MAP activity

    • Inviting others

  • Timeframe: Last 30 days

  • Interaction: Sidesheet with breakdown of top/mid/low engaged participants. Also visible by clicking the Participant column in the Rooms list.

PES Score Guide:

Score Interpretation
0 Hasn’t visited yet – reach out directly.
1 Brief visit, no real engagement.
2 Minor engagement – consider follow-up.
3 Moderate engagement – check if that’s enough.
4 Strong engagement – validate and guide next steps.
5 Fully engaged – support and delight.

Page Review Summary

Identify which content pages get the most and least attention.

  • Details: Total views and time spent per page (all time).

  • Interaction: Quick link to Content Analytics.


Engagement KPI Summary

Benchmark overall room engagement.

  • Details: Averages for metrics like visits per participant (all time).

  • Interaction: Not interactive.

Note: Rooms created before March 1, 2025, won’t show Average room visits per participant due to legacy tracking limits. Value will appear as N/A.


MAP Summary

Stay on top of Mutual Action Plan (MAP) progress.

  • Details: Snapshot of completed and upcoming tasks (shown only if MAP is enabled).

  • Interaction: Quick link to the full MAP.
