During the planning call, you will meet with your dedicated customer success manager to discuss the implementation of GetAccept and plan out your onboarding journey. You’ll be covering the following items during the call:
During the admin training call, admins will go through the main account setup. This will include:
You will then learn how to use the platform to send documents and create reusable document templates for your users.
During the user training call, users will go through the basics of GetAccept from a user’s perspective. The focus of this call is to familiarize all users with how to use the platform to start sending documents.
Users will have access to send documents and/or use existing templates without being able to make any changes to the existing templates and workflows. The templates and workflows will be pre-set by admins.
The main focus of this call is to answer any questions that came up after admins/users started using GetAccept and/or discuss any changes needed (if necessary).

Questions to think about before your planning call:
As you start your onboarding journey, you can expect your dedicated customer success manager to build 2 to 4 templates for you depending on the complexity of the templates and the document materials you provide. The templates created during that period will be used during Admin Training & User Training sessions and could evolve with your feedback.
Towards the end of your onboarding journey, our goal is for you as GetAccept admins to be able to carry the torch and start building your own document templates and think of innovative ways to improve your document processes and workflows
Your dedicated customer success manager will collect the branding materials necessary to create a fully branded account for you prior to your Admin Training session. Branding materials needed include a high resolution logo, background image and color codes. However, your customer success manager will train you as admins to adjust branding if you see needed moving forward.
First, make sure that your new users are able to login to GetAccept. Second, ask the new users to go to Settings > Achievements and perform all the tasks under the achievements tab to get familiar with the platform. Third, have your users schedule a quick call with your dedicated customer success manager for a quick training session.
Don’t freak out! You can reset your password using the “forgot password?” option on the GetAccept login page.
Are you having difficulty resetting your password? No worries at all. Reach out to your dedicated customer success manager and they will reset your password for you.
Most of our clients find our email notifications helpful. Worried you will miss a notification? Download our phone application, login and turn notification on. You will then get notified on your phone for the document activities you would like to be notified with.
Yes. The GetAccept phone application can be used to send documents from existing templates within seconds. You can also check on the status for all of the documents in your pipeline. You can also record videos through the GetAccept phone application and attach them directly to your templates as you’re using your computer.
